Program Description

All webinars are delivered in Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Allergen labelling errors and allergen management issues cause the largest number of food recalls in North America and the EU. This online, instructor-led training course looks at the nature of the recalls, and the components of a food safety management system that may need to be reviewed to error proof the system and reduce the number of recalls.

This course covers how to apply techniques in root cause analysis for permanent, long-term and practical solutions to allergen management issues, develop corrective and preventive action, and prevent the same and similar issues from happening again.
