The Canadian Food Regulations and Labelling Short Course provides a comprehensive overview of the Canadian food regulatory landscape and intensive training on the nutrition and ingredient labelling requirements for food and beverages in Canada. You will gain the tools and knowledge required to begin working on your product labels. It is comprised of three NSF Training and Education Services regulatory workshops offered as a bundle:
