This fully customized training course focuses primarily on audit techniques and best practices. Learners gain technical knowledge and skills to plan, prepare for and conduct a supplier audit, including collecting and analyzing evidence, exercising objectivity, and critically assessing the risk assessment, root cause analysis and traceability programs of suppliers including making objective compliance decisions. This training program uses case-based and/or role-play scenarios to provide learners practice in executing an audit, including interviewing, observation, document and record review, dealing with conflict and applying appropriate communication strategies.
